What is the effective time of my pricing?
On weekdays, pricing is generally effective for a 24 hour period; 6:00 PM – 6:00 PM. On the weekends, pricing is effective from 6:00 PM Friday – 6:00 PM Monday. Please note that on occasion we do have mid-day price changes. Should a mid-day price change occur, any previous prices provided will no longer be valid, and the new price will be in effect until 6:00 PM the following evening. Should you have any questions regarding pricing please contact your dedicated accounting contact or your marketing representative.

How do I submit a dispute for a Mystery Shop?
Chevron/Texaco – RFA stands for Request for Action. An RFA is used when you do not agree with a score received through a Customer First Mystery Shop. Please refer to page 10 and 11 of your Customer First Brochure for step by step directions in submitting an RFA.
Shell – You will need to contact your dedicated Marketing Representative and request to have an appeal submitted for your CVP score.
ConocoPhillips 76 – You will need to contact your dedicated Marketing Representative and request to have an appeal submitted for your Spirit of Performance score.
What do I do if I have a fuel outage at my site?

What is a chargeback?
A chargeback occurs when a credit card processor "charges back" to the merchant the cost of returned items or incorrect orders that the customer claims were made to his or her credit card or account.
